Professional Interests, Experience, and Expertise.

I am interested in early mental health and relationship interventions, particularly sex and relationship education. I have experience working with student organizations that provide education and advocacy for sexual health and wellness. I am currently part of the #RelationshipGoals team at K-State, working on the continued development and delivery of an evidence-based interpersonal skills curriculum for youth and emerging adults. I joined the Relevate team to work with other professionals who share a passion for relational well-being and the accessibility of research. The Relevate team is always working to find new ways to make research-based insights about relationships accessible to all. The creativity and collaboration I experience on this team energize me daily!
